After school went for LRC, studied Geo Coasts.
Finishe LRC went to band.
Then that's the time Darren talked to me le.
Asked me to shoo. =(

After band went to market, suppose to be in happy mood but suddenly sad or sian mood le.

Reached home, received Gary's call, saying one of our ex-classmate pass away.
After hearing it, I'm damn sad la!

Then went to Parkway to slack.
Eat, buy things and walked around.
Around 6PM cab-ed Christopher home first then my turn le.

Today is the first day of Term 4!
And I'm late for the first day. -.-
Actually can meet juniors at bus stop de, but when I reached my bus stop, I stomache so went home.
8.30AM then leave house to school.

Then no teacher so our class and neighbour class slack loh.
Geography lesson, Mrs Yong also never come anymore then Mrs Maggie Wong became our Geo teacher le.
After school ate lunch with Kok Boon and waited for Zi Zhong end school coz he coming my house play com.
Around 3PM reached home.
Zi Zhong left my house 8PM le.
Nothing much this few days.

Today went to Changi Airport with Xin Yi and Si Ying to study.
Xue Yen last minute cannot come, don't know why.
Then we went to Terminal 3 kopitiam or foodcourt to eat.
Studied after eating till 6PM.
Actually 4PM I want to leave le, go back school band look for juniors de.
But Si Ying and Xin Yi don't allow.
Then never mind loh.
Tommorrow then look for them.
Then wanna eat ice cream at Mac de, but machine broke down. -.-
Went back foodcourt coz Xin Yi wanna eat dinner.
So wait for her loh.
At that time I'm dead tired, so slept awhile.
After that train-ed home le.


I'm willing to sacrifise and do anything for you, my sworn brother & best friend.

Self-confidence

To a greater or lesser extent, all of us lack self-confidence. We think that other people are better looking, lead more interesting lives, get higher marks, score more goals, earn more, get to travel more, have a wider circle of friends. These are our thoughts about other people, but they also their thoughts about us! However assured they may seem, they, too, are full of concealed anxieties and are constantlty comparing themselves unfavourably with us. When we understand that lack of self-confidence is so widespread, it will cease to worry us so much and we can begin to deal with it.


Another term for self-confidence is self-esteem. To "esteem" someone is to respect and look up to them, so self-esteem requires us to respect ourselves. To do this, we must recognise clearly and honestly what we are capable of achieving and how we should behave towards others, and then take a proper pride in living up to the higher standards we set ourselves. Of course, this doesn't mean we should be conceited, or show off to our friends how clever we are or how successful we have been. Conceit happens when we over-estimate what we can do, and boasting is a way of asking for praise to increase our self-esteem.


"Please don't pick me...I wish I could do that...I can't ask questions in class...I should have worn that other outfit...Sorry! I wash my hair on Fridays...I'll leave before it's my turn..." These are the sorts of thoughts that constantly trouble those who are seriously lacking in self-confidence. They never initiate conversations of their own, reply to questions with one-word answers - negative or positive - and never volunteer for anything in case they can't do it. At the opposite extreme are those whose loud talk and dominant behaviour disguises from others and even from themselves their deep-seated fear that they are not really the person they would like to present to the world.


The reasons for lack of self-confidence often go back to our earliest experience. Children gain confidence by learning how to do things for themselves and how to make choices, but too often parents are so anxious to protect them from possible harm that they make all their decisions and do everything for them. Yes, children will sometimes make the wrong choices, for mistakes and failures are an inevitable part of growing up, but if they are punished for these they will play safe by avoiding situations where failure might occur. Wise parents will boost their children's confidence by giving them freedom to experiment.


As their world widens to include school, friendships and later, the world of work, children will experience a mixture of success and failure. They may perform poorly in some of their school subjects, or be left out of teams or friendship groups. They may fail to meet a sales target or to complete a task to their boss's satisfaction. But they should place these mishaps alongside the numerous success they have had - the subjects in which they do well, the friendships enjoyed, the targets frequently met.


We all need to adopt this positive approach - to ourselves and to others. Everyone needs praise for their achievements. When things go wrong (for yourself or for someone else), play down the importance of the mistake and look for explanations for which you or they are not responsible. Above all, know yourself - what you can do well and what is beyond you - so that you set yourself realistic goals. And don't expect too much of yourself (but not too little either) so that you can say to yourself: "This is who I am. This is what I can do. I have made the best of gifts that I have, and can do no more." That is how self-esteem is to be found.


Today got the last paper of N Level for this week.
English Paper.
The above passage is from my paper 2nd passage.
I find this passage meaningful so I typed it down loh.
After papers, when to Eunos find Li Lian to return her her wallet.
I got lost then called and told her meet at MRT Station better ba.
Then met le, walked to Block 17 de bus stop to take bus 60 to Christopher's house.
Thought going to meet Fahmi after that de, but Christopher told me never le. -.-
And Darren coming, then when he reach, we have to accompany him to Kovan all the way for his guitar lesson.
But I told Christopher I'm not going anywhere but home coz I still have not prepared to face Darren.
So I bus-ed home loh.

Today morning got CL LC le.
Actually is 8AM de, but the radio only start at 8.30AM.

Then after LC, went home to take my pencil case coz I forgot. -.-
Then IC and Entry Proof all inside.
But lucky during LC starts, teacher say EZ-Link card can.

Then went back school look for Xue Yen and others to study SS.
Around 12.15PM, went lunch with bandmates loh.

After paper, went band look for bandmates.
All at AVA, then went to find them.
Then I went back bandroom coz very akward.
Then Zi Zhong came in, talk to him also like talking to wall like that loh.
K.. Then went all of them came back, I left le.
I FELT VERY SAD, LEFT OUT, BEING DAO BY PEOPLE!!!
I don't know why nowadays I've been so angry easily.
And very sad over SOMETHING easily.
Is it because of N Level stress??

Today is my FIRST GCE "N" Level Exam day!
Oh my god loh!
4AM woke up, check whether got overslept not, then 5AM woke up again.
Freaking nervous loh, "N" Level leh!!! ><

Quite easy de ba..
Paper 1 the composition I took half an hour to think what to write. -.-

Today morning woke up maple-ed till 12PM then went to bathe and meet Fahmi at Stadium KFC.
Actually Xiu Xia coming too but last minute cannot because of her parents. -.-
Then ate KFC when I'm still sick. -.-
Then Fahmi was like jealous la coz he start fasting today.
HAHAHAS!!!
Then he kept complaining wanna eat wanna eat.
LOLS.
Then around 2.30PM, left KFC to walked around at Kg Arang.
Went to this new Condo which Fahmi told me that it's his new house. -.-
Then went strolling loh.
Suddenly came to a centre of BMW Servicing Centre behind Block 11 of Kg Arang.
Fahmi saw many of his favourite BMW cars then went crazy le. -.-
At that time, I'm in a high tide urgent call.
Then he kept don't allowed me to go toilet first. -.-
After awhile, went to market de toilet to relieve myself le. xD
LOLS.
Then went to Parkway took bus 15 to Benjamin's house.
Fahmi need went home so me alone went to Benjamin's house loh.
Saw Yan Da and Esther in Benjamin's house.

Didn't expect Esther to be there.
Hahas..
Then joked and crapped around.
5PM plus went to sent Esther to Kembagan MRT Station as she wanna go home.
Then me, Benjaim, Yan Da and Benjamin's younger sister Belinda went to play basketball.
They played but I didn't.
I wait for Xiu Xia to come loh.
So sian.
Then she ride a bike here. LOLS.
Then played her bike.
Slacked in the playground till 7PM then went back to Benjamin's house le.
Ate dinner while Benjamin having tuition.
Xiu Xia went home after she got her stuffs.
Nothing much le, just waiting for Benjamin's dad to fetch us home luh?? :D
